Art Courses Terms and Conditions
Prices:
Prices quoted are per person per week for customers attending the course occupying a single room. Non art course participants sharing a double room with participating customers stay at a reduced rate of £37.00 pppn bed breakfast and evening meal.
Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of £75.00 per person.
Payments:
The balance of payments will be due 14 days prior to arrival and paid by credit/debit card or cheque. All cheques to be made payable to The Bluebell Guest House. If the cheque is returned by the bank, an alternative method of payment must be used.
Cancellation:
In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be retained. If the cancellation falls within 7 days of the booking the full cost will be retained unless a replacement can be found. If the booking is re-let and a refund required then a 12% service charge of the full price applies for administration. Travel Insurance is recommended. All cancellation charges will be split between the Glenn Marshall Gallery and The Bluebell Guest House.
Arrivals / Departure:
Your accommodation will be available from 12 noon on the Monday and will not accept arrivals after 4pm unless by prior arrangement. Evening meals are at 6.30 each evening. On the day of departure we ask that you vacate the room by 10am.
Smoking Policy:
In line with recent legislation, The Bluebell Guest House operates a NO SMOKING policy throughout the house and you must abide by our policy. Anyone found to have been smoking will be asked to leave with no refund given.
Rights:
The management reserves the right to refuse entry, any abusive or disruptive behaviour will result in the management requesting your immediate departure and no refund given. Any damage to the property of fixtures and fittings will be charged for. Any compliments or complaints relating to the Guest House and service received must be directed to either Linda or Trevor Southam. Any compliments or complaints regarding the Art Course must be directed to the Glenn Marshall Gallery.
